Cancellation Policy – Ricacasa

At Ricacasa, we understand that plans can change. To offer clarity and flexibility, we follow a cancellation structure inspired by industry standards:

Flexible Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in.
• If canceled less than 24 hours before check-in:
  – The first night is non-refundable.
  – The remaining nights will be refunded.

Moderate Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in.
• If canceled within 5 days of check-in:
  – The first night is non-refundable.
  – 50% refund for the remaining nights.

Firm Policy

• Full refund if canceled:
  – At least 30 days before check-in, or
  – Within 48 hours of booking (if the reservation was made at least 14 days before check-in).
• If canceled 7 to 30 days before check-in:
  – 50% refund of the total booking.
• If canceled less than 7 days before check-in:
  – No refund.

Long-Term Stays (28+ nights)

• Full refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in.
• After that:
  – The guest is charged for all nights stayed plus 30 additional nights,
  – Or the remaining nights, if fewer than 30 remain.

Additional Notes

• Cleaning fees are always refunded if cancellation occurs before check-in.
• A 24-hour grace period applies for full refunds on reservations made at least 7 days in advance.
